    Forms For Fall Athletes Due Before Tryouts

    A reminder before students leave for the summer: Anyone trying out for a fall sport will not be allowed to participate unless they have an up to date physical, as well a Pre-Participation Concussion Form, on file with the school nurse. Doctor's appointments take time, so plan NOW. Any questions, please contact the Nurses or Athletic Office.
