Fathers/Guardians and sons get ready! FRESHMAN & SOPHOMORES! NEED SERVICE HOURS?**
We will be supporting Wompatuck State Park in an effort to keep this 4000 acre open space in top condition. We will be assigned a project within the park, bike trails, or campsite that needs clean up or renovation. Afterward, we will have a feast of a cook-out followed by a spiritual reflection led by BC High's very own Fr. Predmore and Peter Skipper. This is a wonderful way to walk the service walk with your son, get some exercise and meet other students and their dads. The day will start with coffee and light breakfast at 8:00 a.m. and conclude after lunch at approximately 2:00 p.m. The cost is $30 per person to cover food costs. Previous retreats have been a huge success enjoyed by all and our numbers continue to grow.
**Students utilizing this event as their service project must complete the required remaining service hours with the same state park.
Date: October 15, 2017 Time: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Location: Wompatuck State Park Cost: $30/person (if electronic payment is not possible, please contact the FG by email: firstname.lastname@example.org)
