Boston College High School boasts a vibrant, active campus with countless opportunitiesfor prospective families to experience what it means to be a part of our close-knit, caring community.

The best way to learn more about BC High is to meet with us in person. We host a number of events, both on- and off-campus, during which you can chat with community members who are eager to share their personal experiences. You can register for most of these events online using your Ravenna account.

On-Campus Events

  • Admission Fair

    BC High hosts more than 50 middle and high schools from around the Metro-Boston area each year. Its a great opportunity to meet current students, the Enrollment staff, and learn more about BC High. The Fair will be held on Sunday, September 13.

  • Information Nights

    These evenings are designed for you to hear more about life at BC High directly from faculty and students and participate in activities designed to offer insight into the classroom experience. They take place during the Fall.


  • Open Houses

    Meet faculty and staff, coaches, current students and alumni, and take a guided tour of our campus with a current student who will share his experiences firsthand. You’ll also get the inside track on the application process and financial assistance. Open Houses take place in October.


  • Eagle for a Day

    Serious about coming to BC High? We’ll team you up with a current student who you can accompany you for a day as they attend classes and activities. You’ll get an up-close-and-personal look at life as an Eagle—and likely make some new friends, too! Eagle for a Day takes place from October-February.

  • Campus Tours

    See what school is like in session as you visit classrooms, tour the Hyde Center for Global Education, and view our fine arts facilities and athletic complex while asking questions of our experienced guides. Off-Campus Events

  • Community Information Sessions

    Community Information Sessions provide you with an informal opportunity to speak with current BC High students, parents, and other community members in a relaxed setting. These information sessions are held throughout the Greater Boston area, and offer a deeper level of conversation about the application process, our academic programs, and the BC High community. Your family is welcome to attend any location. Community Information Sessions are held from October-December.

  • School Fairs

    School fairs are held at middle and/or secondary schools throughout the Boston area. During these events you’ll have the opportunity to meet individually with our Enrollment representatives, ask questions, and schedule campus tours. They are held in the Fall.

  • Accepted Student Receptions

    Accepted Student Receptions provide an opportunity to speak with current BC High students and parents, along with other community members before tuition deposits are due. These evenings offer a relaxed setting for a deeper level of conversation and the chance to ask any final questions you may have about the school. You may register online through your Ravenna account.
