Guided Meditation (Session 2)

Breathwork intentionally alters your passive breathing pattern- how you breathe when you are at rest- to an active one. We focus on deep breathing into the belly at rhythmic pacing in order to cause changes in our mental, emotional, physical, & spiritual states. It is a transformational, therapeutic practice that moves energy through the body in order to soothe & heal via our most accessible yet underutilized tool: oxygen.
