The Jack Shields ’79, P’06 Center for Innovation is pleased to launch our inaugural Innovators’ Circle Award. BC High Alumni inducted into the Innovators’ Circle are action-oriented problem-solvers who challenge the status quo, empower others, and put those they’re serving first. The Innovators’ Circle honors persistent, considerate, and intentional alumni who champion change in their organization and beyond.
Nomination Criteria
· BC High Alumnus
· Innovation in at least one of the following: product/service, process, or business model
· Challenges the status quo
· Creates conditions for everyone in the organization to practice (fail)
· Empowers team to act with integrity and compassion by putting those they’re serving first
· Shows resolve and grit in pursuit of creating change
